100% Ruchè, a vine indigenous to the seven northern towns of the Asti Province in the region of Piedmont, Italy.

Aged 24 months in used, 500L, French-oak tonneaux followed by three months in bottle.

Ruby red with brick highlights. Intensely aromatic, notes of red cherry, plum confiture, wild berries, roses, vanilla, white pepper, leather and tobacco finish elegantly with fine tannins and freshness. Full-bodied, intense yet elegant, ripe fruit flavors with delicate tannins, this dry wine finishes fresh with a hint of almond. An utterly unique, aromatic, meditative wine.

This special wine pairs beautifully with the full flavors of red meat dishes, truffles, dishes featuring exotic spices, salumi, and aged cheeses while remaining easy to drink.
