Born to two vignerons in Champagne, Anne-Sophie was only 25 years old when she took over eight hectares in the heart of Fleurie, in 2007. She has quickly become a rising star in Beaujolais, taking techniques she learned while working in Volnay to create gamays of intense elegance and finesse. 

These grapes are harvested from a southwest facing vineyards in Fleurie where soils are highly granitic. Anne-Sophie refrains from using new wood and instead ages this wine in cement vats and larger neutral oak casks.
