The Cabernet Franc Gran Reserva also includes a 6% portion of Carménère and 4% Petit Verdot and was aged for 12 months in French barrels. Intense in hue, it delivers a nose of mint, black currant and cassis. Concentrated and firm on the palate; the tannins are active and lean, while the finish is bold and flavorsome. An inexpensive wine that is still cellar worth and should develop well and even improve with some time in the cellar. Drink now and through 2033.
