Entirely Ribolla Gialla grapes grown on 40 year old vines, nestled in terraced vineyards below the village of Krasno, this wine reflects the unique terroir of marl soils and and high elevation planting. The wine ferments in large oak barrels, evolving while aged for a minimum of 12 months in the same barrels, all this adds layers of complexity and depth. The nose wil entices you with the delicate aromas of blooming orange blossoms and lilies, underscored by a creamy richness. On the palate, it offers a lush experience with its silky texture and a pop of green apple and soft pear, all beautifully balanced by a crisp minerality and a hint of salinity. Aroma: lemon, peach, cedar, grapefruit, pleasantly rounded off by a gentle aroma of vanilla.
